Sunday Morning – Religious Services at local churches. 

8:00 AM – 11:00 PM – Breakfast with Mrs. Clause and Elves at the Nonantum Resort.  Bring your child for a special holiday brunch hosted by these visitors from the North Pole.  Souvenir photo. Breakfast buffet includes a variety of selections.  Adults - $18, under12 - $9. 

9:00 AM – 1:00 PM - American Legion Christmas Crafts Fair at the Legion Hall, 102 Main St., across from the Kennebunkport Police Station.  Featuring a wide variety of crafts by Maine artisans, gift baskets, baked goods, raffles, silent auction, and more.  Sponsored bythe American Legion Kennebunkport Memorial Post #159. 

9:00 AM – 2:00 PM – Project Graduation Prelude Crafts Fair of a variety of items.  This craft fair will benefit Project Graduation for the Class of 2008 at Kennebunk High School.  Consolidated School,Rt. 9. 

10:00 AM – 12 PM – Local artists willdisplay their newest creations and works of art. Great ideas for holiday gifts.  Nonantum Resort Lobby, Ocean Avenue. 

10:00 AM – Noon – Ornament Making Pawty for Dogs.  Bring your dog and make a paw print holiday keepsake.  Supplies provided and refreshments served.  Scalawags, 24 Ocean Ave, 2nd Floor.  Donations to the Kennebunk Animal Welfare Society accepted. 

10:00 AM – 2:00 PM – Santa’s Hot Shoppe.  Support local Secret Santa and Community Food Bank.  Join us for complimentary hot drinks, desserts and carols.  Hosted by ERA The Masiello Group,Cooper’s Corner, Lower Village. 

10:00 AM – 4:00 PM – Prelude Show of Fine Arts & Crafts features original works of art, fine crafts and prints at the Masonic Lodge on Temple Street.  Sponsored by Maine Women in the Arts. 

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM – Holiday Shopping.  Sponsoring shops and galleries offer festive refreshments throughout the day. 

11:00 AM – 3:30 PM – Holiday Trolley Ride. Ride an historic electric, toasty warm, streetcar on 3 ½ miles of trolley tracks through the Maine woods.  Early 20th century Kennebunkportport residents used these trolleys to do their Christmas shopping.  Warm drinks and snacks available.  Unique gifts found only in our museum store, open 10 - 4.    $4 pp for trolley rides.  Seashore Trolley Museum, 195 Log Cabin Road (3 miles north of Dock Square). 12:00 PM – 5:00PM –  “Past, Present and Future” An exhibition and sale of art created by present and past staff, instructors, volunteers and students along with the River Tree Guild Pottery Show and Sale.  River Tree Center for the Arts, 35 Western Ave, Lower Village. Sponsored by KBA member, The Seaside Motor Inn. 

1:00 PM – 4:00 PM – 2nd Annual Wreath Display & Auction. View and bid on charmingly decorated wreaths donated by area businesses, artists, and creative community members.  Silent auction to benefit the Brick Store Museum.  Also view exhibits of American folkart animals, Kennebunk’s Major League baseball players, and the Fire of1947. Brick Store Museum, 117 Main Street, Kennebunk. 

2:00 PM – Santa Arrives by Lobster Boat at the Landing Restaurant.  Follow Santa and his lobster elves through Dock Square to the Community House on Temple Street for photos courtesy of KBA Member Ocean Exposure.  Children and families, please queue up for your special time with Santa!  Sponsored by KBA members, Alano,Ltd. and Carrots & Company.

7:00 PM – Movie Night.  Children of all ages can munch on snacks while enjoying A Charlie Brown Christmas.  The Village Baptist Church, 6 Maine Street.  

10:00 PM – Close – Live Music at Federal Jack’s Brew Pub, 8 Western Avenue, Lower Village.

10:00 AM – Holiday Shopping all day. 

10:00 AM – Noon – Christmas Ornament Making Workshop for families.  River Tree’s 25th anniversary celebration continues. $2.00 per child or $5.00 per family.  Parents are admitted free. River Tree Center for the Arts, 35 Western Avenue, Lower Village. 

10:00 AM – 4:00 PM – Prelude Open House – Tour of the Greek Revival home, The Nott House, 8 Maine Street. Admission:$5.00.  Presented by The Kennebunkport Historical Society.

11:00 AM – 4:00 PM - Meet the Artist. Nationally known calendar artist, Dana Heacock, will sign your 2007Abacus Calendar.  A selection of his artwork will be displayed in the gallery.  Abacus Gallery, 2 Ocean Avenue. 

12:00 – 2:00 PM – The Patriot Fife and Drum Duo will stroll through the Dock Square and Lower Village shopping areasfor your holiday entertainment.  Sponsored by KBA members, Port Jewelry and The Kennebunkport Inn.

1:00 PM – 3:30 PM – Historic Inns Open House.  The Historic Inns of Kennebunkport will display their splendid holiday decorations and serve refreshments. $5.00 donation.  Tickets available at the Hospitality Center, Chamber of Commerce or the respective inns. Proceeds to benefit the Community Food Pantry. 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM – Holiday Desserts and Arts & Craft Show with local artists including a toymaker who crafts in wood. Holiday desserts will be served.  Nonantum Resort, Ocean Avenue.

2:00 PM – 4:00 PM – “Christmas In New England:  A Musical Christmas Show”for families at the River Tree Center for the Arts.  Performances by musicians Dave Peloquin, Kat Logan, and Jim Tolles.  The show includes singing, humor, skits, readings, and encourages audience participation.  Admissions is free.  35 Western Avenue, Lower Village. Sponsored by KBA member, The Seaside Motor Inn. 

3:30 PM – 4:00 PM – A cappella Choral Presentation by East Side Story.  Kennebunkport native, Dan Huff along with other members of East Side Story will perform at the steps of Union Square with candlelight caroling to follow.  Sponsored by KBA member, The Historic Inns of Kennebunkport.   

7:30 PM – Holiday Concert.  The Kennebunk High School Chamber Singers present a program of seasonal carols at the Village Baptist Church, Maine Street.  Sponsored by KBA member, The Emporium.

2:00 PM – Santa Arrives in Cape Porpoise after a quick layover at Goat Island Lighthouse. His first stop is Cape Porpoise Kitchen in the center of Cape Porpoise, to meet and take photos with children of all ages.  Hot chocolate and candy canes a-plenty.  Sponsored by: The Kennebunkport Business Association and KBA Member, Cape Porpoise Kitchen.

3:00 PM – 5 PM  – 4th Annual Holiday Tea.  The Brick Store  Museum invites grandparents, parents, and children for a rare look inside the 1904 Charles Goodnow House, an historic private home on Summer Street.  Learn a bit about tea, etiquette customs, and history of this beautifully decorated Colonial Revival mansion.
